Changeling

I tried drawing a fairy, I couldn't get the wings right so I left them out and ended up with this! My girlfriend called it a changeling; Or a fairy that takes the place of a baby.

George Washington

So my brother is writing a piece of historical fiction for his creative writing class and he asked me for suggestions. I was thinking about it and was reminded of "Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter" and suggested to him that he do something just as stupid and over the top.

So we came up with "George Washington Giant Slayer".

So... Here is a picture of Washington at the Battle of Trenton facing a large Hessian Mercenary Giant.

Spiderman

Today's 30 min sketch turned into a 2 hour hate fest. Spiderman is such a pain in the ass to draw.

1. His uniform is super annoying.
2. He has such dynamic poses. When I was roughing in the form nothing flowed.

When I started this daily sketch thing I wanted to try something different every time and take a risk.
I will continue to do that but I don't think I will ever do another Spiderman drawing.
